I'll stamp all over 'credible combatant' Jake Paul - Joshua

Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul face-off

The British boxer prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight-bout contest which will be streamed in real-time on the streaming platform.

British boxer Anthony Joshua stated he will "dominate completely" the American and "defeat" his opponent as the pair confronted each other to publicize next month's boxing match.

Ex two time unified title holder Anthony Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, on paper, a mammoth uneven pairing - at Miami's Kaseya Center on December 19th.

Boxer's Mentality

"I'm going to damage his features and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," Joshua, 35, stated.

"I'll stamp all over him. That's how fighters think.

"I'm going to seriously aim to hurt him. That's my intention."

Respectful Interaction

In spite of these statements, a calm Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - typically recognized for his theatrics - shared friendly words and remained civil with each other.

Paul rather criticized ex Joshua's opponent the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "not serious" after Ngannou declined a bout proposal.

Taking Aim at Tyson Fury

Joshua, meanwhile, criticized UK opponent Tyson Fury - and refused a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a victory for Paul.

"[Paul] outshines Fury - he's present here," the boxer said.

"I acknowledge that."

Legitimate Fighter

Despite declaring he will hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his opponent's pugilistic talent.

"Jake is a credible opponent," he said.

Jake Paul's History

Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has mostly fought mixed martial artists or faded names since entering professional boxing.

He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.

Financial Attraction

Nevertheless, the novice is still one of the sport's biggest money-making draws, consistently making substantial financial rewards.

Prediction and Belief

The 28 year old predicted a stoppage in rounds four or five and asserted he would stop the long-awaited Fury-Joshua bout, which is allegedly under discussion for two years from now.

"It will be my match with Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul stated.

Physical Difference

As both boxers participated in the traditional confrontation, with their size difference clearly visible, it emphasized just how improbable this whole event is - and how amazing it is that the fight is actually happening.
